Co-founder Jaz “Buzz” Berger is a TV, Film, & Digital Executive / Producer whose specialties include showrunning, creative development, content packaging, & strategic partnerships with 15 + years’ experience. As a producer in the field, he began his career with Bunim/Murray Productions producing such shows as MTV’s The Challenge, FOX’s The Simple Life with Paris Hilton & Nicole Richie, and the ever so classy Bad Girls Club for Oxygen. (Don’t hold that one against him.) Berger has produced and developed for an array of networks and digital platforms including ABC, VH1, Disney XD, Animal Planet, truTV, Paramount Network, Machinima, Discovery, etc.
He has a passion for packaging and has packaged projects with Jay Z’s Roc Nation, John Legend’s Get Lifted, The Rock’s Seven Bucks, Viola Davis’ JuVee Productions, Will Ferrell’s Funny or Die, Logic’s BobbyBoy Productions, etc. Prior to co-founding Super Nice Productions, he was an executive with global brand, Red Bull Media House, serving as an Executive Producer responsible for developing in TV, Film, and digital arenas. He also held executive roles with American Idol Producer, Core Media Group and B-17 Entertainment.
Co-founder Jamie Zekofsky has more than two decades experience as a strategist and development executive in music, technology, TV and Film. She began her career in music production, working on projects with artists and partners such as Madonna, Shakira, Disney, Universal, Warner Brothers, Coca-Cola, Vitamin Water, and others. Jamie has also led business development and fundraising for entertainment tech companies focusing on music, film, tv, digital content and gaming in the US, UK, and Scandinavia.
With a keen eye for story and an expertise in creative packaging, she is producing, developing and packaging a diverse slate in TV, film, children’s programming, scripted and non-scripted entertainment. She is currently producing Raekwon of Wu-Tang Clan’s documentary feature, “The Purple Tape Files” helmed by director, Vikram Gandhi which is due out late 2021.
